On my bike (the KTM Duke 390) the Akrapovic exhaust comes with a custom map that adds 5hp and of course there's the sound, so I'd have to go for that.

I didn't get the Akra though, reason being price. Instead I got a programmable piggyback ECU that adds the same amount of power for a third of the price, and a whole heap of other accessories with the remainder of the price difference of the Akra.
