The old R1 looks like a toad/raccoon or something like that (can't think of the animal that it actually looks like right now, man ~_~ !...) from the front. The new R1 looks like it has a couple of stray tentacles flying about on the front with those lights-things. Don't care for the new one, prefer the older one ~.....

Its not really a change, just looks like the mass of companys are making there bike look more like the ducati panigale than making anything themselfs, and i will belive the engines power output when its tested.

Bragging rights. My bikes got 200bhp does so and so, hence why the bmw sold alot not being used for what they are meant for. Best 1000s ive ridden recently was the blade, neutral and easy to ride. takes my choice hands down.

I agree. Though I find myself still liking the new bike. I find it looks like an M1 more so than a panigale but that's just me. It's a shame Honda hasn't updated the blade. When they do watch out because from what I've heard its an easy bike to ride.

Shame honda didnt change a winning formula, its like one of the best selling sports bikes on the road, yeh its not got the gizmos or power like others but its useable sales alone prove it aha.

Dont want to make anyone upset but the yamaha's are the only bikes I dont care for.
