Johnnysixspeed has brought to my attention theirs a petition for lane splitting for all 50 states. https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/allow-motorcycle-lane-sharing-all-public-roads/qP86QbjN I signed up, took 40 seconds! Let's make it legal guys

Hope the US petitions do better than the UK ones. Problem with UK ones, unless it has mass appeal and the nation is interested, they fall by the way side.

Uk ones usually faily epicly as they are done wrong, a petition doesnt mean the governement have to legally do anything

No, if you get enough signatures it will be heard in parliament and then they might decide to take it further or not. The problem is that idiots tend to word them as a rant so nobody takes it seriously.

In my state we just had an election. The opposition won. They have promised to introduce splitting/filtering. I hope!

wow i can't believe you guys aren't legally allowed to lane split, in my country (as terrible as it is) we allowed filtering and splitting. I'd be dead man riding in the good ol U.S of A!
