On the issue of the horn that is used in some coutries for exactly the reason he is using it. Not a GET OUT OF THE WAY! But more of a Im here and coming through, it is the same in India and Iraq just to name a couple of countries where the horn is used that way. It isn't considered aggressive.

On the other hand his riding is going the way of a Darwin Award.

It is so flaming annoying. When I was sat in the back of a cab in a traffic jam due to an accident on the route between Delhi and Agra, everyone was beeping their bloody horns for no reason. No-one could move. I nearly ripped my cab-drivers head off after a while for his incessant contribution, but the headache was getting too great for me to suffer the adrenaline rush.
