Audio while riding over 90km/h

Can confirm Germany for the win. Last time I was on the autobahn in a long run, I hit a 130 mph (209km/h) cruising speed for about 20 mins. Safe in the knowledge that I was totally legal.

It was only the incredible noise and knackering buffering that made me slow down!

I bet hope you had ear plugs

Oh yes. Would have been unbearable otherwise. And the mic picked up nothing but roar and distortion (to get back on topic!).

Good advert for the old fazer 600 though with an MRA touring screen on, it was steady as a rock at that speed. Felt very solid.

It's a little shorter now...

But I travelled 350 km in that short time...

Right I am Confused, If the set up I have works. Why do I need to spend any more money?

You implied it wasn't ideal:
I tested on the motorway by putting a buff headwear between the gap under my chin, feels weird but worked for me. After my first vlog motorway sounding shit I needed a backup plan just in case I vlog on there again

IF it works for you, then perfect, we're only trying to help you out :)

Hi
How's your audio when riding that fast? My voice gets very low at those speeds because of wind sounds, engine sound and road sound. Using the Sony AS15. Tips?
I personally use the Sony HDR AS15 along with an external microphone velcrowed into my helmet. I cannot be more satisfied with the quality audio i have :) this is what the mic setup sounds like

Excellent quality, although when you say "s" etc it's a bit sharp. Maybe move the mic away from your mouth a touch if you can?
i have a modular helmet with a chinguard pad, and im a bit limited to were i can place the mic. Although i got my setup about a week ago, im gonna buy a little pop filter to wrap the mic in. I think after i add that, all of my "S" and "P" shouldnt distort the mic. But yea this is how the setup sounds and everything sounds how it should in my opinion. The microphone i use is a SONY ECM ES3. You could get it on Ebay for about $25. Worthhhhhh

I'm very tempted, but I don't trust ebay and I wouldn't want a fake one.
I buy from ebay all the time, i trust em wayyyy more than amazon. I just make sure that the seller has high rating, is located in the US, and i check their reviews. Shipping is usually 3 days and free :)
