Old Vloggers Vs New Vloggers

if you do it for cash, its a job. Goodbye all your fun

What the newbies are doing vs the old ones.. Now it seems like everyone is just giving away shit, All the freaking time.
The old days , no one bought subs like that. They got views by wheelie's and endos, or riding in the bush etc
if your talking about the T spring campaigns etc those websites reward the sellers, they don't have to pay upfront for shirts etc its made on demand so its good for giveaways.

nope. not that
50subs give away, 100 subs etc.. its at a point now where some of them are giving away things for every freaking view (well it seems like it)

I dont mind the teespring stuff. I love some of the hoodie designs,

I'd be happy o tick along with constant views than hit high numbers of subs with only a small percentage watching. I've got just over 100 subs, and get 30 views to each vid pretty quickly, and it gets up to between 50 and 75, so as a percentage it's higher than many of the people with 10s of 1000s of subs. IS that success? No, but I'm quite happy that most of my subs are watching my content, and my content is varied between randoms, vlogs and scenic stuff.

I do wonder if I bought an R1 and appended "on an R1" to all my video titles if that would have an impact on subs or views...

I'd imagine you need at least one insanely popular video that really brings in the subs. Like a crash/near-crash analysis video or just something funny that randoms can check out and go 'I like this person's style'. Some of those long-term motovloggers with not many subs just haven't happened to have anything like that, which isn't their fault or anything. It's pretty hard to gauge what will click with the masses.

Got no bush to ride in (that's what he said) can't do wheelies, nor endos. I mean when I was 14 yeah on a push bike, But I was stupid back then. If I learn't to do wheelies or 110% Breaking I wouldn't do it on the public roads. I find vloggers that do that shit so hypercritical, especially when they tell off drivers for being dangerous.

Views are far more important than subscribers. I only have 30 subscribers but break 100 views on my videos.

Active subscribers are a better measure.

Yeah... i think he has hit it off more with his cycle tours now ... just goes to show you should vlog because you like it first and foremost.... unless your lucky enough to be "chase".

Do wonder how much "Professional" motovloggers make i have to admit, but if it ain't in the 10's of thousands then i'm sticking me 'puter Job. :)
You could look them up on social blade to kinda of give you an idea

Times change, with so many different styles and more and more vlogs popping up, you gotta be different, you gotta make it special.

But not too different, In terms of gaming videos, KSI and pewdiepie are 2 of the biggest going. Apart from the black jokes by KSI and the WTF jokes by pewdiepie. The 2 are actually very similar. Youtube viewers know what they want. Trying to tell them they want something different is just as hard as feeding them the same.

I started because i wanted to get filthy rich over night and justin bieber to be my girlfriend :D none has happen yet damn you justin lol
