Dubai vloggers!

Ok, so I'm going to dubai for work in the future (anything between 1 and 2 month's time).

Any vloggers there for a micro-meet?
in fact, if I have one free day there, I'd love to rent a bike and ride around.... but in a country where you find baby-blue ferraris.... renting a bike might be just too expensive. Any Dubaiers (Dubaiees? Dubains?) here that can shed some light on this?

As far as im aware i dont belive renting stuff is that expensive, i know petrol is very cheap though

Fun? I go on work, with the company CEO, CIO, and my immediate supperior, for a week, while my wife is at home despairing with the 3 kids, and missing me. She'd rather I quit (and go unemployed in THIS economy) than see me go away....

So no, its not gonna be fun at all. Therefore... Bike Mental Therapy.

The sacrifices of the modern workplace, huh ? Still, if I could travel the world for work like that and experience things, I would love it ! Then again, I can't sleep on planes, so I'm out of luck there ~_~ .....

Yeah, I should love it (and I do), but Ill have to sit there, worried about the family back home.

Another thing... would an EU driver license be legal in dubai? I highly doubt it. Anyone know of a dubai motovlogger? Closest I know its Zazo and he's from Iraq.... a "tad" too far away

Does an international driver's license work there ???

Cager, you'll need an international driving license I believe. We now need one to drive anywhere outside the UK.

Picking this up again, I finally got it confirmed. a 9 month project, with me in Abu-Dhabi every 2 weeks per month. Will be HARSH on the missus (I expect to return a couple of times to my bags at the door), but it must be done.

Any dubai'i/dubaiese/dubain motovloggers out there? I got a whopping 40 subscribers (thats forty, not forty thousand) in the UAE...
