I vote for the 80s and 90s. For me, the music world did take a bit of a down turn when SRV was taken out in 1990.

I'm with the late 80's/early 90's. 90's as a whole kinda blows, but certainly not as bad as the 00's and 10's. I mean, didn't the 90's give us the f'n Spin Doctors and Blues Traveler? They're the soundtrack to my suicide note.

Definitely '80s to early '90s... and it started a little earlier with Bohemian Rhapsody . Further into the '90s, too much rap. Grunge-style was cool. Glad now-a-days that pop is beginning to replace rap... something has to >< !!!
