Drop in views

So i have noticed a drop in views,

Which of you bastards arent watching???



but seriously though, What would cause this? People becoming bored? Content not good enough?

To many videos?

They fluctuate thought out the year, also I noticed what time you make your video live can have an effect. Lots of things effect it, wouldn't worry to much about it, just keep cranking out content

What do you mean by to much out there? Imah try and do more quick cuts less rambling, and do some more entertaining editing with graphics n shit, spice it up, after my last vid 15mins of riding n talking when nothing is really going on kinda boring.. lol

Yeah keeping the video pace up is key, peoples attention spans are short lol

... And then there is folks like me.... I am really time poor since January... I have 71 people that I sub to I think.... And this year I have probably watched less than 2 hours of vlogs total!!..

When I watch vlogs I want some peace and quiet with no interruptions so I can enjoy the vids.... Getting that time at home with missus and kids talking and asking questions and general family life stuff is hard!!

So even just for me ... If I see some interesting stuff .. It's usually a watch later tag and try to remember..

Views is one thing though.... If you go rummaging around in the analytics on YT .. Then you can see views,total time of views and a lot of other stuff.... You can have a vid of say ... 7 mins , 200 views and a total of 43 mins actually watched! ..... Or a vid of 10 mins, 7 views and 65 mins watched .... Which would be better?!

On this also.... I have I think.... About 40gB? of raw footage I've taken in the last 6 months.... And I've edited about 8gb? ... Down to 3 or 4 vids ? ... Time poor! ... Brought the laptop home with me for the 4 day weekend though ... So I should get a bit more done and viewed !

I noticed the not watching my vids finished, to be hinestvthat also bugs me. I have shortened my vids a bit, but that just dropped the views

It's the beginning of the "riding season" for some that ride in seasons so a bunch of people are out in the streets rather than watching vids at home.

.... I don't worry about the views/time watched/sub count Ratios too much bro, you shouldn't take it to heart... The 'big names' might get better numbers, but we are still the small fish....

I think part of the problem is that with everything so instantly accessible on the net now, that people do expect instant fame/viral results!? .... And sure anyone can have a crack at a viral vid... With bikes I guess it's massive foolishness/stunting/crashing .... If you want the numbers to go through the roof then risk your lives? ...

A tight core of mates who appreciate what you do, then slowly and surely the word spreads and you get 'fame?' Is probably better ...

I like your vids Marbro, haven't watched them all yet though , and some not all the way through, time available is what happens to me....... And I know I'm not in any way big time, but..... Go on a few 'adventure/investigation rides bro! , "discover" stuff and chat away like the viewer is actually on your pillion seat....

Even when watching the big names, if there is too much blah blah about something I don't identify with, it gets skipped....

Thinking ... You want a big hit video? , ride out to the rough end of town, yell something 'witty' to the denizens along the side of the street..... Vlog the escape ride! ... Everyone loves a good chase!

Its not really about the fame, Everyone would love that im sure...

But the views have gone from 50's to like 20's...... in a day or two.

Have you asked? I want your next vlog to be at the local shopping mall, asking random women to sit on your bike so you can take a photo. Do this for an hour, make a 3 minute video, let us have a laugh and get 10k views. My personal guarantee.
