Who Vapes and Who can Review Something?

also smoked for about 10years. and after quitting .... i got fat

fatter than i should have
Well now that you quit, working out is a ton easier lol, no more working out then going to have a smoke hahaha I used to do that, run then have a smoke break after, totally counter productive

more like

smoke on the way to the gym,
smoke once you leave the gym
smoke when planning what youre going to do tomorrow in the gym
dont gym because your chest hurts

i smoked cigs for 15 years, started vaping and haven't touched a cig in just under a year. It's not ideal, but it sure outweighs the risks of ciggies. Good person to talk to about vaping is Triple Demon on here

I wanna have a go at the ecigs too.... Just the normal Nico to start with .... If I end up fruit flavouring it all over town then I'll cut it out eh...... If for no other reason that people might think I'm a 'hipster' .... I haven't got enough money to live the hipster lifestyle!!!!! :):p:D

This year will be my 5 th year on ecigs and off the nasties, I was part of the Bristol University study on vaping, all I can say to those that think vaping is as bad as smoking, do your homework and stop listening to popular press nonsense.
For those that dont know, eliquid, the product we vape contains either poly glycol or veggie glycol ( also used in ice cream) .. flavourings, commonly used in food products and nicotine. What you see exhaled is not smoke, it is water vapour.

Has the study been published? I'd really like to check it out..

I have no idea, I was asked to do it through my GP, had to attend a local hospital twice, once prior to my starting vaping and stopping smoking, then again 12 months later, they took lung capacity readings and two xrays.
What I do know is, I had 50% lung capacity when I started, 12 months later I was back to full capacity.

I've been vaping for about 6 months. I started with an ITaste VV then got hit with the mechanical mod bug. Now i use a few mechanical mods and a handfull of drippers.

Right I need to kick start this thread :)

I'll be focusing on UK people first

Who is still game and able to do a short review ?

Its a bad thing, i know people who took this up who never smoked, and its like saying ohh hey kids lets go vape instead of smoke.

I can Dan.

There is little evidence, if any, that kids take up vaping without having smoked before. Having said that, it may possible to use them for other illegal narcotics inhalation. But it does seem to be an urban tabloid myth.

I can see them vaping, but no point in adding nicotine if they werent already a smoker and trying to quit!

Kids vaping..... Adding nicotine? ... What's the attraction of adding nicotine when there are so so SO many other 'interesting' things they could add now?? ....

.... Besides the illegal shit ... I can easy imagine them adding nutmeg or something and then doing the 'xyz' challenge but with vapour! o_O

Sooner or later ... As a niche thing ... There will be a rule 34 for vaping also!
