i've just started and monetized my videos but the comments are disabled?

could someone tell me why please

Was probably just a YouTube quirk. Sometimes comments are disabled when I go to comment on a video then I hit refresh, then they appear like magic!

Comments are usually disabled if the video hasn't been uploaded long enough to have finished processing properly.
