Hit 2k Subs - I wasn't bothered about subs until then lol

I've always been one of those who would sooner 10 comments on my videos rather than 100,00 views.

However, I just hit 2k subs, I'm not hugely bothered about it but I am sort of chuffed at the same time.

Took a while though. 9 months since I first uploaded a video

9 months since I uploaded my first video, and I'm still below 100. I'm chuffed if I get 10 views in the first 24 hours!

I do like looking at the Google Analytics map though - I'm waiting for my first ever view from China!

I should be ashamed actually. When I started doing this there were only about a dozen people doing it. I should be doing much better than I am. Unfortunately I like riding so much that I usually just ride and forget to film or vlog. I'm hoping to change that this year and get serious about vlogging again. I kinda miss it.

I know what you mean. I stopped for a month or so, I simply got bored (mainly when the comments got changed) as I didn't get any interaction.

I'd say I'm still in your old boat dan. I got so excited when someone commented for the first time... just because i knew that meant that they had for sure watched something i created all the way through!

My last few videos may have only hit 20 - 40 views, but the people who watched do seem to have watched all the way through, which I'm really chuffed about, especially regular comments like "Great vid". Makes it all worthwhile - and I do like MrFalloffalot taking the piss.

Aye. I'd sooner 10 comments than 1000 views myself!

I've had a couple of videos go a bit crazy though and damn the trolls were annoying! However, now YouTube have changed the way you can comment and the trolls are gone. Now I miss them lol

I'm kinda scared of reviewing the analytics. I did that once and it hit me hard. I couldn't vlog for 2 months.
The only feedback I get is comments, views and likes. The analytics get too crude for me to handle it.
