I'm not an expert, but I have a short attention span and 10 seconds is a lot for an intro/bumper/cold opening. I personally alwasy shoot for 6 seconds on my own vlogs up front including on the newer ones with a fun clip up front. And consider an end bumper - not as common in motovlogs but gives a chance to have a few more seconds of your logo/bumper/outro.

Go to Video Hive (https://videohive.net/) and take a look at the templates they have for Openers and Logo Stings. These are low cost templates that you can purchase then just modify and update with your content. If you take a look at my channel, the channel trailer is a travel-related template that I purchased then edited and modified with my own content. I think I spent like $25 on that template. And it saved me HOURS of work it would have taken me to build that out from scratch. The few second video stings in my videos is another template that I purchased there then edited and used my own content for.
Video Hive is a great resource for jump starting stuff like this. I can't do a signature block yet so my channel is at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNOu_SF1hQvXZWZ2p2lVVYg . I just started dabbling in video editing about 2 months ago. I found Video Hive when I was trying to figure out the same thing you are looking at now.
Feel free to DM me here on the forum if I can be of any help. There's no reason people should struggle on this stuff when there are excellent resources out there to save you time.

I've also used Motion Array (https://motionarray.com), Premiumbeat (https://www.premiumbeat.com/blog) under their blog link, and Rocketstock (https://www.rocketstock.com). A lot of the templates and titles are free, and they also have tutorials on how to create things in Premier or After Effects.
