So we are approaching August, which means it is time for this years Sunny Bear Challenge. I will post up the rules once we have decided on the challenges.
For those new to the site, Sunny Bear is a friendly competition to help promote those that take parts channels. The premise is that a challenge is set based on each letter of the title "Sunny Bear"

What I'd like you all to do is to come up with a list of potential challenges for each letter. Below is a link to last years so you can get the jist as to what it is all about:

My apologies for getting this started so late, if you could come up with some suggestions ASAP we can try and get it started around the middle of August.

Alrighty then...here goes something...

All can be tongue in cheek…



S – In a Sardonic manner, explain why your bike is the best bike you have owned.

U – Unashamedly hand out 4 of your own stickers or spam cards to random strangers on camera.

N – Navigate from one end of your city/town/village to the other. Just the highlights, please.

N – Give a top-tip how you Nuture your steel horse.

Y – Yell “Sunny Bear is here again!” at the tallest point near your home. +1 point if there is an echo back by person or nature.



B – Breathtaking cinematic static footage of you doing the Sunny Bear dance and your parked bike (e.g. beach at sunset/sunrise, above shot in a downpour, busy city curbside parking, as people walk past)

E – Make an Emoji to stick to your helmet or bike and ride up beside folks at a stop to record their reaction. 4 folks should do fine. +1 if they laugh and almost miss the light.

A – Ride and find three examples of street Art for the viewer. Give their location. +1 if they can be confirmed on Google maps street view.

R – Shoot footage of you and your bike sharing a Romantic moment (keep it family friendly). +1 if you send out wedding invites.
 
S - Shoutout, because thats the way its always done. So shoutout about the comp.
U - Under, go under a bridge, tunnel, car park anything, should make for some nice exhaust sounds.
N - North - head north for XX KM/Miles
N - Night - Night ride or sights
Y - Yourself - Tell a story about yourself.

B - Background, take the best background photo of you and or your bike for phone or PC
E - Eggs, buy eggs ride with eggs see what happens.
A - ABBA - Sing a ABBA song
R - Rude - do a nudie run / ride.
 
This challenge goes out to all members, old and new, providing your videos follow the rules you can post them up even if you have not reached the criteria for sharing content normally. That means you need to put in some suggestions for the challenges! :-)
This is a great way to introduce your channels and personalities to us so it would be awesome if some of the newer members got involved! :-)
 
S - Shoot-out for the Sunny Bear, just be original.
U - Unicorn; a free range fantasy vlog, go nuts ;)
N - Name, does your bike has a name, and why ....
N - Nature, do some local exploring, maybe something educational, maybe something stupid. Full off-road or a walking thing.
Y - Yellow; The color people most often associate with amusement, gentleness, humor, and spontaneity (free range vlog)

B - Bear; a bear related story, zoo, wildlife or toy/pluche.
E - Entertainment, what movie/play/game was a life changer
A - Art; Ride and find three examples of street Art for the viewer. Give their location. +1 if they can be confirmed on Google maps street view. (Had to "steal" it)
R - Relaxation; a return to equilibrium
 
S- Shout out, why deviate
U- Unicycle, tell us what you think about wheelies, do one at your own discretion.
N- Natural Environment, show us yourself in your natural environment, tell us why, riding bikes is valid.
N- Nauseous, do laps around a roundabout, at least 3, if no roundabouts can be found, do a parking lot.
Y- Yes/no, Talk about obvious questions you always get about your bike and biking.

B- Buy, what was your last investment and why did you need/do it?
E- Extreme, what's the most extreme thing you have done? willingly or not.
A- Animals, pets, critters, whatever. How do you like them? tell us about your pet.
R- Race, do a 0-100kph(60mph) as fast as you can. Reflect on how you can make it faster, and if you want to. Kudos for alternate camera angles.
 
S - Spooky: Find a Spooky spot or an area known for its haunting
U - UFO: Find one in the Sky (Put your editing software to the test)
N - Nature: Show us your local fauna
N - Nerd: We all got a little nerd in us, show us what you're nerdy about
Y - Yoga: Yoga pose near your bike, not on your bike....

B- Bubbles: At a stop light or stop sign, pull out your bubble wand and get the reaction of pedestrians and other drivers
E - Eat: Go Get some food, show us what you're into
A- Award: Award another motovlogger for something silly
R - Riddle: Give us your hardest riddle to solve

I fat fingered the tab key instead of the shift somehow and posted when I hit enter...

I like the UFO and Bubble wand ideas! So many Harley riders take there persona far too serious.
 
the vids need to be something everyone who takes part in can attempt and must be safe and legal. Take a look at the first post by @Lurch in the 2017 thread I linked to in the OP on this thread, it has the rules we had for last year in it.

So far most of the suggestion are doable safe and legal.
At least mine are xD



But you guys will have a tough decision to make to great 1 list out of these ;)
 
I'll give it another week for the new members to put their suggestions together, then I'll select the best from all suggestions and restart this thread with the challenges and updated rules! :-)
