3 things I like about Harely Davidson

I am very critical of Harely Davidson on my vlog. So here is the flip side. 1. I love the new engine because they found a way to handle v twin heat to the rider without installing a radiator. 2. I love the paint! They are so good at paint: Mercedes Benz is literally sending guys to Harely to learn to paint better. 3. Low seat height. I have a 28.5 in-seem. I can flat foot most Harely Davidson bikes easily. They are low, long, and handle exceptionally well at low speeds because of it.

I bought my Sportster brand new at 30 years old and I don't think I'll ever buy a brand new anything again after that, unless I win the Powerball jackpot. And I love Harleys, but my next bike probably won't be one because there are so many cool bikes out there to ride and experience. My head has been leaning toward electric or adventure lately. If I can get an electric adventure bike, that would be awesome.

The funny thing about the paint with Harley is that most people just get black bikes because its like an extra grand for any of their paint upgrades. I got lucky and was able to get mine in "Harley Red" at a discount because they wanted it off their floor and it was September.

Some good points there. Personally a Harley isn't my bike. But I can admire a good example when I see one. Personally I'm not a fan of chrome plus the great British weather means that I'd spend my days polishing and cleaning

Love my v star because it is grey. Very few cleanings go into that paint =]

My bike has no chrome on it, brushed aluminum yeah, but no chrome. And I totally posted in this thread about having bought my bike brand new and it was a bit pricey not knowing there was another thread started about Harleys being rich kid bikes hahahaha

It is not just British weather! I got a video review of a pals bike coming out next week. When I was editing I noticed he pulls his shirt down over his palm to touch the saddlebags to close them...

A dirty bike is a happy bike!

I had an 02 Roadstar that had just as good paint as any factory Harley. I think I still have some of the original sheet metal in the garage from where I customized it.
He paint on the new venture is very very good. But no two tone. No metallic flake etc. Just all red or all black etc.

Haha I do have a beard, but no vaping :p
Theres just something about a Harley Davidson that I can't explain, maybe its the sound, maybe its the presence, or the relaxed cruiser style.

Its surprising how many younger people are buying Sportster to, as there so much you can do to them, and the community for them is huge!
Im going to a club event in a few weeks at silverstone and they are expecting 1000+ bikes to be lapping the track.
