For me, in Singapore, crying to the traffic police is just wasting your breath if there is no traumatic injury or death involved.
Our cops, while unlike the US, and isn't motivated by profit and won't chase and ticket people for no reason, are practically unmotivated by anything else either.
In short, they're lazy as fuck and won't take a case until someone dies and things get blown out of proportion, because they don't want to do the paperwork if they can avoid it.
I've submitted video evidence of handphone driving, road rage and such before, but nothing ever comes out of it anyway.
So I learned that it's better to just not put yourself in a position where this sort of thing will happen in the first place. If you know it's a road where people speed and tailgate a lot, I just stay away from the overtaking lane as far as possible.
