There are loads of websites you can use to download YouTube videos http://keepvid.com/ is one of them.
Music is copyright free so you wont get any complaints if you get money from youtube.

unfortunately it hasn't been made for good phones yet. A few weeks away I'm told but its waiting on someone else aswell i believe.

To be fair I probably wouldn't use it even if it was on other platforms.

I prefer things that are browser based and accessible on all devices.
