Beware Of Leaves

Clint Love

It doesn't say CUNT, dammit!
I was riding home on Friday and hit some leaves. Didn't drop it or anything but I did get a butt pucker moment when I felt the back tire drift a bit. There weren't that many leaves but I guess the ones that were there were slippery enough. I did get it on video so if it's any good I'll post it.

Just putting out the word in case anyone else is unaware that leaves can be a serious hazard.

Leaves are the worst, slippery and you never know whats under them. I ate it multiple times during a winter off road ride. It had rained and the trails were covered, ended up dropping a few lbs in the tires which helped

Yep, even when the roads are dry and the top of the leaves are dry, there are likely still wet ones beneath. I just pack extra underwear in my tail bag for this time of year. :D

Boss wrote his car off on leaves...

I have had the front fall away twice and the rear whip me around before too.. Its not nice

Got a tank slapper one rainy night on my way to class a couple weeks ago. Pilot roads may help with rainy weather, but it won't help with wet leaves.

I have loads on my street. horrible to ride on. Even more so on a super sport :(
