Switzerland are amazing at clearing their roads. You will have 8 foot walls either side of the road (of genuine snow, not piled up from clearing the road) and the road will be perfectly clear.

It's really impressive actually, but then it's -20 on the fun roads in the mountains and I'm not riding in those temperatures!

The baddest weather we get is either drought or monsoon. No issue with drought, but for the monsoon.. The weather itself ain't too bad, those dangerous strong cross-winds though. And the dangers of flash flooding or landslide, maybe hidden obstacles like huge potholes because of the rain water. Not to mention already shitty drivers driving even worst than they already are when it rains.
