The Fine Art Of Organizing Little Pieces Of Plastic...

Is it me or is owning a GoPro/GoPros ( and I'm assuming other actions cameras. ) involve organizing way more little pieces of plastic than you ever thought you'd own? And cables...

I own 3 GoPro Hero 3+ Black cameras and when I bought the first two I was working on the Web Dev team of an online retailer that sold GoPro. I got everything at 40% off so I bought everything I thought I'd need not realizing what stuff the GoPro comes with. So I have a lot of GoPro "stuff"...

I dumped out a bag of "stuff":

and organized it:

This is just the stuff that's not in use or kept on my scooter as a spare for emergencies. I also have two suction cup mounts and another box in my closet that has all the extra backdoors and remotes.

Also this is what my charging setup looks like:

The charger is a Anker 6 port 60 watt charger. Eventually I am going to mount the charger under my desk and just have the cables wrap up to the desk. The cables are just cheap 1 foot USB cables I got on Amazon.

Anyway I know this a lame thing to complain about, but I was just going through everything and feeling a bit overwhelmed so I figured I'd share....

Nah not just you, it's a thing that happens to motovloggers. When I go on tour I have a seat bag and panniers for my luggage and have to bring an entire extra back pack for all these pieces of plastic :)

how do you like the metal thumb screws?
They are nice, but they can get a bit hot in the sun. I've pretty much move all my set ups to use Metric M5 x 0.8 20mm Socket Head Cap Screws on joints that I don't need to adjust regularly. No handles sticking out of everywhere and you can tight them down really will with an Allen wrench.

I got the idea from Motonosity's helmet set up video.
