Solution: Bluetooth Audio Pack While Dualvlogging/intercom Sound Quality Noise Control/uhd Voice

So I had bought the Bluetooth audio pack to work with my SMH10 and my friend's SMH5 we could only get very quiet no ambient noise through the mic, as it was defaulted to noise control mode.

I spoke to the motobloggers SNOWCAT on how he got his to sound so good and figured out the solution.

I bought a 20S hooked it up started the intercom immediately went into Ultra HD voice mode, now. The UHD voice mode only works for my voice BUT my friends voice is much more clear (SMH5) now that noise control is off, I am very pleased with not only the voice but the upgrades that came with 20S, very good headset.

Tl;dr. 20s will allow you to go in UHD voice mode and not default to only noise control mode

Volksfragen has an aux wire that runs the sena audio out into the camera. Not sure what Snowkizzel does.

Did you already get an answer from Snowcat?
I asked him how does he get HD voice with the intercom enabled and he replied 20s to Bluetooth pack intercommed with 20s as long as the 20s is intercommed with the Bluetooth pack that voice will be HD and the intercommed voice will be normal (not muffled with "noise control mode")

Just purchased a 20S and Bluetooth pack. noticed the voice is really low on the resulting video. Any way to make it a bit louder or adjust it? i dont think there is a gain setting anywhere in the options :( Or I am just newb and haven't figured it out yet.

Setting was just in my room with UHD on.

Make sure you have the mic facing the right way, and for best quality make sure it is on UHD and you have the external mic off (on the Bluetooth pack) idk why yours is so low, mine is fine, I do have an issue with the speakers though I can barely hear my friend who I gave my SMH10 to, it seems the smh 10 has louder speakers for some reason

I used the small stick on mic. It only goes one way and is right in front of my mouth. When using it to talk on the phone to the GF, she says I am clear as day and couldn't tell I was on a bluetooth headset. It sounded like I had the phone to my face (normal).

External mic switch was turned OFF. verified that and tested.
I submitted a ticket to Sena...just waiting on reply, but saw this thread and figured maybe I was missing something?
Thanks for the msg tho!

Did you switch the mics? Cause the boom mic is WAY better than the little wired mic.

Ill give that a try. Maybe try the stick on boom mic. But via the phone, my gf said I sounded fine. So the mic is probably good enough, but I'll give it a try tomorrow when i am back home.
thx!

Hmm I haven't tried to dual vlog, but I have an SMH-10 and the backpack if you push the pairing button once it's connected it will go in to UHD mode. At least mine does.

Yes but I'm making a channel starring me and my friend like your pals Chris and al so we want good voice quality, if you were to record via Bluetooth backpack and smh10 while in intercom it would automatically go into "noise control mode" which sounds like shit and leaves your videos with silence, doesn't even pickup bike noise

Ahh.. That makes sense. Intercom screwing it all up. ;)
