Bike Choosing

There both dirt bikes. Do dirt bikes really have handling? I thought it was more about being able to hang the back out than anything.

Around a motocross track and rpund trails its not for fun yes thats the main goal besides front wheel pop ups

Maybe look on Thumpertalk? I'd guess they would both have very similar handling, being very similar bikes built for exactly the same purpose.

But of course the Yamaha is better ;)

Probably the Yamaha. I sat on street versions of both, and whilst the Honda felt soft the Yamaha felt very hard in comparison. I bet that one will handle the road a lot better in the twisties with some sumo tires on it. But, the Honda was a bit lower. I am 5'11" with a 32 inseam and I got to tip toe the yamaha.

thanks mate but any bike im getting stays as an off-road machine only no twisties out here only cattle pads

If it's all the same to you, I would recommend the Yamaha of the two, simply because I think they have the best suspension of the japs, and those Honda 4 strokes have notoriously soft valves. But it's really much of a muchness

Yes they do handle different and the Yamaha is known in the industry for having some of the best suspension out of the box. The 14+ Yam's are very well reviewed
