Changes to Youtube Partnership Program

Read the recent blog post from youtube above. Youtube is going to demonetize all channels that do not have 1000 subs or more, as well as 4000 hours watched in the past 12 months.

This change is retroactive and applies to existing channels that already are on the partnership program as well as new ones.

I think this is fucking shit. This is just going to disincentivise new content creators and lead to a monopoly of big names in the future.
