Youtube issues??

So I am signed in on YouTube but as soon as I click a video to watch it signs me out and I am unable to comment or like a video. I return back to the homepage and I am signed back in.

Is anyone else having this problem?

When I was on it at 4:45am this morning, they gave the message that they were performing routine maintenance... now I can get to the homepage, if I'm lucky, but I can't do anything else.

It's a little temperamental. I just keep refreshing till it works.

Also, it now says that a video I had scheduled to be published at 17:30 has been published, but it's not on my homepage and it's only got 3 views which would've been from me messing around with the annotations. There's a symbol on the video manager page that reads "sending to subscriber's feeds" but it's been there for an hour now.
