If I post too many videos with third party content in them (even if I'm not trying to monetize them) will my channel get deleted?

Maybe not if you monetize them but you could always pick that one wrong song from a legal team who will get what they want.
Normally YouTube will put their own ads on your videos which will benefit the legal artists
You'll never be able to mention that you like a product or suggest that someone buys something, that could be seen as advertising.
It's a rocky path, I'd sooner just use free and royalty free music, or make my own
I doubt you'll get sued though but it only takes the wrong person on a hangover to get pissed at you
But you will get away with it, if you don't mind adverts on your videos
To get a channel deletes you'd need to keep getting complaints normally

The only way to get you channel deleted is when you upload not your own content (video's that someone else has right to), if you get 3 flagged you channel will be banned/deleted.
For audio all they do is block the video in some countries or mute the audio...
