Youtube comments doing weird

I'm curious if i'm the only one noticing it?

But on the last handful of video's youtube is hiding comments. At least from me.
Not quite sure if other people can see them.

I have to manually have to change the filter to get some comments to show.
Which really is a pain in the @ss considering i'm not checking my video's daily.

Is it something other people have as well?
Or maybe an option i changed, can't think of anything i changed...
Or is youtube just f-ing up again?

I tend to get wrong number on the notification bell. As if there was more unseen notifications, than it actually shows me. Could it be, I am missing comments there?

What do you mean by hidden? As in blocked? Or listed under spam? Or held for review?

Can't say I've noticed anything unusual.. Then again the YT comments notifications has always been weird.

I have been not getting notified on replies, I have alerted YouTube to this, hoping they have sorted it.

You mean when the user replies to the reply you gave on the initial comment? The notification you are referring to is email? Or the red dialog balloon where the bell icon is on YT?

If I comment, YouTube will let me know someone has "liked" or "loved" the comment, but not that they have replied.
