You Tube Channel Activites?

I noticed that YT seems to put some videos out of order date wise, why is this?

Note how the Eleuthera video is older than other videos on the channel but its still listed above others...

Is there a setting to show videos by upload date by default for all visitors?

Doesn't everyone just ignore activities and go straight to uploads?

I was thinking more along the lines of people stumbling on my channel...

Is there any pattern to it? Is it based on the last comment by you or others?
