Before I left the royal Navy I injured my ankle, that was back in 2012 and at that point I really loved jogging, it was basically my goto fitness exercise, I felt great after every run and had so much energy. After the injury, that "can't" word re-entered my vocabulary, I am currently unable to run and it is something I really wish I could get back into, but one 5km run will have me hobbling around all week and gives my ankle and lower leg night aches. I should try some lower impact CV, but jogging/running was really the only exercise I enjoyed. Dirt bikes help though, so currently they are my exercise, even if less often than I'd choose!
