Why Are You Vlogging? What Is Your End Goal?

I just plan to have fun...and maybe a tax write off. We've got beautiful roads around here and I want to share that. I think I got 3 vlogs done today alone. I'm trialing Adobe Premiere Pro and it just flat out rocks so far.

I started vlogging about a month or so after getting my restricted licence as a beginner. I am doing a YT channel mainly for myself, so I have a good record of my progression from a NOOB on a little 250 ninja through to bigger bikes once I am more experienced. I like vlogging honestly about my skill level and experience so others can watch my videos and hopefully take something away from it, whether it is a good tip that they hadn't thought of or what NOT to do.
I have an interest in the net and video editing, so it gives me a good reason to try out new things and broaden my skills. I can't say I would really ever be doing this for money, as I reckon that would take the fun out of it but I don't have any issues saying that I would love a ton of subscribers to share my experiences with and interact with. tinyurl.com/mach1aussie

I do it for some sort of self medication for extreme social anxiety. I think it doesn't really help all that much yet, notable by the poor frequency of vlogs. I think I'm probably the most socially awkward person you could meet. Hmmm... maybe would help me out more? If I could only get the nerve to ask someone to go riding. Maybe soon I hope.

Then you can try some easy challenges like waving at someone. With the helmet it makes it a bit easier and it can be a little step. And of course, ask someone to go riding, it'll be really helpful IMO. I used to have extreme social anxiety and I've improved that quite drastically, so don't give up! Keep taking yourself out of your comfort zone, one step at a time. ;)

To have a bit of fun really, I like seeing the places I'll never get to go to as well on YT

Very nice and exactly what I was thinking. Some of my favorite videos are from places I wont ever get to see or ride on a bike. And some others have inspired me to try and make it to certain places in the US.

I really have no expectations about using a GoPro or vlogging. But maybe I can have a little fun with it.

I wanted a hobby that keeps me outside - the upside is that it becomes social if you have local riders. Brisbane is teeming with motovloggers.

I guess the reason why I post to my channel is because I love the motovlog community. I couldn't resist becoming it. If you care my channel is Trev Key Videos. (I cant have a signature yet... or able to post links.... This security is getting on my nerves.)

I think it was a few differnt things really but, I started watching when looking for bikes to purchase and after I got the bike I just kept watching, I already had a go pro and thought I might give it a try, I'm in a wierd situation at the moment where I don't acctully have anything to do so it has helped me work toward something and keep me from going crazy!

I enjoy making the videos, knowing how to use professional editing software is a big plus. I know I'll never get paid by YT to do this however its important to remember you tube isn't the only organization with cash.

Yanno, I haven't even given this much thought.

I think I live in a fairly wild place compared to where I am from. I'd like to show people back home what my corner of the universe is like.

I enjoy learning how to take and edit the video as well. Having fun with additional effects.

Honestly, I just like making things! :D

Started because of request from a few YouTubers, vlogging isn't that huge (yet) where I'm from, so I obliged their request.

My goal would be to give decent vlogs about bikes and riding from my point of view, inline with what my channel is all about.

I started do it because I love being out on my motorcycle, but after 20 years of riding and living in the same place nearly my whole life, I find it's easy to be come lazy and have the "I can ride tomorrow" mind-set. I do it because it gives me extra incentive to get out and just ride around, and not just use the motorcycles as a commuter tool.
