Where To Buy Fairings?

Hi folks,

Bought myself a gorgeous CBR600 F3 yesterday. Had been on the bike for no more than 5 minutes before a boy racer type decided to pull out on me at a junction, wasn't able to slow down in time and I hit their rear, the bike dropping on its left side. The driver then promptly sped away. Grade A know.

The front left indicator snapped off, and all of the left fairings, mudguard and mirror are all completely wrecked. Safe to say, I'm absolutely gutted.

I am now looking at pricing up fairings as the police keep a look out for a car of similar nature which might have some rear end damage. Wondering where people tend to buy fairings? Never had to buy any in the past, mainly finding Chinese fairings, though I'm not sure of their quality and don't really want to wait almost 2 months to get back on my new bike!

Thanks guys.

Check ebay for second hand bits. The full sets you can get from China etc are actually not too bad, you sometimes need to adjust them a little but mean you can get a full set all with paint and decals at a good price.

There are ABS fairings for your bike on DHGate. People seem to have good experience with those. They are made of ABS plastic, which is what the OEM ones are made of I believe. The fitment of aftermarket fairings might require some adjustment, but that is to be expected from a set of $350 fairings.

Check track and racing groups on Facebook

Road bikes are being swapped to track all the time aka road fairings are useless
