What got you into MotoVlogging?

An idea? Love of making film?

What does it for you? Sorry if this has been covered before......

AdjrianNickelodeon. That pretty much covers it :p .

...but I did watch HuskerzGBR before him (HGBR got me into motorcycle riding) but it was AN who really got me into motovlogging :p . I think AN was around 7,000 subs around then :o ~

Cheers for the reply, yeah AN inspired me too.

Baron was the first Motovlog I watched - I enjoyed the comedy side of his.

Roadcraft Nottingham ultimately, when I was learning to ride for my full licence. Started picking up on assorted interesting sounding links and it grew from there. The camera was mainly for a witness should anything happen but it evolved.

There's something mesmerising about his voice! :)

Seeking for riding tips and found M13 around 2007. Got back into watching vlogs when moving to UK and stumbled across RJ, BvG and then spicy110. Seeing him being a local guy I thought I'd give it a shot.

But I'm doing videography for more than 15 years already. Started with huge VHS cameras in school, editing with 2 recorders doing everything by hand. So I got quite a background.

YummiR6 got me interested in it and I love video editing/designing. I made YouTube videos for my gaming channel long before and I wanted to get back into editing and making videos but never had time to sit down and make videos for my gaming channel. I figured since I'm always on my bike, it's easier and more motivating to make videos because motorcycles are my passion.

After watching all my favorite motovlogs, it looked like they were having so much fun. Figured why not, lets give it a try. Also, great way to have something for my kids to go back and watch later in life.

The first MotoVlogger I watched was CycleCruza. Some people have dogged on him but I enjoyed what he had to say. He just talked about how fun it is to get lost on your bike, and see new things because of it. Was looking for that adventure in my life. Still waiting to mount a GPS to my bike so I can get lost even more but hey, with time anything is possible o_O

Earlier this year, I had watched ++AB's other pseudo motorcycle vlog where it was supposed to be 2 chinese guys doing stupid stuff on dirt bikes. (I only recently put the two together when I heard him do the chinese accent in one of his normal motovlogs) The videos were very entertaining, but allot of people on reddit were offended by the fake chinese accents. ( I am not sure if these videos are posted anymore. )

Towards the end of last summer, I started watching allot of the Canadian Motovloggers (6foot4honda, Dan Motovlogs, TekNinja81, motordadcle, snowcatxx87 ) as well as a few of the bigger Motovloggers like RJ, BaronVonGrumble, Jake theGardenSnake, chaseontwowheels as well as YourPalsChrisAndAl and Martin Brown.

Through the October and November time period, after watching a ton of video content, I thought that it would be interesting to try motovlogging myself. It would be a bit of a personal challenge as I'm not an overly talkative person and fairly reserved. But I definately would like get more involved in the community.

I like that

I like that you are doing it to challenge yourself!

Thanks! I am looking forward to it next season. I find I'm doing allot of talking to myself in the car to try and get prepped for my first one. It's definately going to be an experience.

Bikes got me into motovlogs, well when I was 14-15 I really wanted a 2006 orange CBR600RR and I watched a lot of videos on Youtube. Then I came across Oli333(who had a CBR) and few local to me vloggers like extreme601.

I am a new rider and thought it would be good to have a vlog showing me through the stages of newbie to advanced (hopefully....several years from now). I really liked LeadPins videos, as he was from my home state so could relate.
