Ive been thinking (uh oh!)
Well before I started riding I did alot of working out to prepare for the ride. Mostly workouts directed at building the lower body, back and shoulders. This is something alot of new riders dont think about. I was born with CP so strength training is always on my mind and I have used it to become more adjusted to riding throughout my learning curve.
Im thinking about doing a workout series for the new riders. A "Get fit for riding" type of deal.
What do you guys think? Would yall watch it?
