Cut the filler, keep the killer! And go with the length that you need to get your creative point across! Keep it snappy and people won't realise how long it is.
I was amazed, but one of my more popular videos was an hour long feature length whopper of a production! But it was originally 2hrs long until I chopped all the dead space out.
As long as you don't give folks any dead air during which they can look at how much time is left, you're on to a winner!
