Unwritten "rules" ?

Unwritten rules used to just be called being a considerate good person but ain't no body got time for that these days. So what are some things you consider to be unwritten rules or usual things done by good conscious?

One thing that comes to mind is whenever I've sold anything that runs on gas I make sure it has a full tank for the new owner. I've had around 50/50 on this with me being the buyer.
