Sorry if I'm in the wrong place.. Couldn't find anywhere more suitable. I've just got a second-hand Bandit and it did not come with the 3.5mm jack attachment. I've looked online but nothing. Do we know if anyone else made these and if so where to go to get one?

Worse case.. i've another view camera to play with!

The TomTom Bandit looks to be an action camera to rival the likes of GoPros.

There's an article here which talks about an optional microphone cable, but I don't see it when I click into their accessories on the product page in the previous link. Weird. They have it listed here at FC Moto, but they say it's currently unavailable both here and on Amazon.

Your options as I see them include:
  1. Using the GoPro mic adapter and hoping that it works
  2. Try to find a second hand official (or unofficial compatible) adapter somewhere
  3. Record audio using an external device, such as one of the highly acclaimed Zoom products (which is what I'm considering doing right now, actually!)

Do you mean you lost the cable that connects a normal 3.5mm mic to the Bandit?
IE: This thing
If yes, only TomTom make them, try and get a hold of them directly maybe?

Yip TomTom direct or amazon really seems to be only options. Not expensive. Think I paid £15 for mine.

It says available soon on website but I'd contact customer services as in my experience they are really good.
