I really want to go for a ride!

I have only been without my bike for two days and already I feel like someone has cut off my legs!

I didn't think I would rely on it this much :[

Hopefully it is fixed soon.

Has anyone else had this kind of thing? Bike withdrawal symptoms :P

When I busted my back up I was house bound for 5 weeks. Every day I got up and looked out the window at the bike longing to go out for a ride but maybe that was just cabin fever.

When I crashed in September, I rode for 6 weeks with a bust clutch, and I hated it. It wasn't the bike that I'd just shelled out a lump of money for. I actually came very close to selling it, as I hated going from an amazing bike, to a bike that was hard work to ride. Glad I didn't though! :P

4 months of them would rather be stabed than not have a bike

after my wreck I was almost pulling my hair out... every time I saw a bike on the road I got jealous.

when i broke my thigh bone i was out of action for a collective 8 months. no road bike, no race bike. almost went insane.

I've had a few occasions without bikes, either due to broken bones, brokend bikes, or just being away from home. It's torture, I know how you feel :/

When it snows and the roads get icy I get like that. There is always someone who say something along the lines of, "Don't ya' just love the snow?" at which I instantly imagine punching them in their happy little mouth while I smile and kindly walk away from that conversation.

Yep, I went through that at the start of the year and it does suck very muchly!

I crashed, broke my collar bone, the bike was repaired within 3 weeks but I had to sit and just look at it for over four months while I healed and then regained strength.

Getting the strength back was the main concern, particularly as my bike is quite heavy.

I've been without a bike for almost a month now(well, will be on the 1st). I'm still waiting for the check from my insurance so I can go out and get a new bike :D (ankle is little tinder, but can walk better).

I saw your video a while back! I hope you get enough to replace it and your ankle is good enough by then! Hopefully soon!
I have got my bike back now and am soo pleased.

Oh my, I do exactly the same. At work they keep saying "Oh I cant want until it snows!" Every time they do I want to shout at them!

I'm working on the family farm right now which is right outside my front door, I start when it's dark and finish once it's dark again and I've worked the past few weekends. I've been out on my bike once in the past 3 weeks and it's driving me crazy!!!!

Just recently I went on withdrawal for about a week and a number of days. I just kept fidgeting man...

Ride, eat, sleep...repeat.

Just goin on holiday is enough to do it for me! Despite having fun I end up craving the end of it almost so as to get back on two wheels.

I dread to think what someone like Ian Hutchinson is going through.
