This is an unmaintained chain...

So, I cleaned my chain for the first time since mid november. I had nowhere to do it and the weather was bad so I couldn't do it outside in the road.

But anyway, this is what it looked like before:

This was my cleaning kit:

And the day after it was cleaned:

Rain, mud and the flash doesn't do it justice. - it is a very nice clean chain colour in person
I used it today in the mud and rain xD


The rest of the bike will be getting a clean tomorrow

The top one it was slack because the back wheel wasn't touching the floor and I had turned the back wheel round

The bottom one the chain is fine, it has 25mm slack as per the handbook xD
