Guide These Trails had me beat...

I am leading an adventure bike run for the local TRF (Trail Riders Fellowship) on Saturday, and the route I had planned on running had a couple of tricky trails on it. I didn't want to lead them down trails of doom, so thought best to go solo and check them out rather than have BMW GS1250's churn them up and get stuck... All was going great until I got stuck myself! :D hahaha

The Motoz Tractionator Adventure tires I have fitted still have some life in them, although have been on the bike for nearly a year now... and thankfully they eventually got me un-stuck. The hill climb however did beat me, and I had to turn around and call it a day. Thankfully I checked them out, as it would have been a miserable day trying them both as a group ride and not on chewing the tracks up with multiple heavy bikes out on them.

Have since modified the route we'll be riding, to hopefully keep the fun level high, and the stress levels low! :D

Great job scouting out a route. That would have been terrible to drag any possible less experienced riders through that.

Hahaha... sounds about right! :D
Years ago I rode with a group that did a great job scouting routes down to every detail including weather forecast and bathroom break stops.

Then Murphy's Law kicked in during the actual ride.

I will PM you the clip of one of the things that went wrong.
