Ok, that’s a little tongue and cheek – but seriously, this motorcycle isn’t mine and I don’t have any buyers remorse or money into this bike. I’m riding it for the pure joy and try to review it based on my motorcycle experiences (which you can view in my channel).
Pros:
– Great price
– Nice looking naked bike
– Comfortable overall, lots of room
– Smooth, powerful engine
– Soft ride for commuting
– Aftermarket support
– Wheelie machine
Cons:
– Soft, vague, squishy suspension
– Lazy turn in
– Snatchy, abrupt throttle
– Engine is wide and touches your legs
– Rides heavier then the Duke
– Not a huge fan of the controls (buttons, clutch lever feel, snatchy throttle, etc)
All based on my opinions, but overall Yamaha built a great bike.
