The Country Flag's Next to the Profile Pic

Hmm... i noticed that my flag changes from being in Indonesia to Russia.

I'm aware that this may depends on my ISP provider, since my home ISP routes his clients over Russia from here i'm Russian flagged..

Is there anyway to set this manually?

AFAIK there is not. Mine is all over the place because i use a client that changes location all the time.
