Should I remove my most recent video of me doing some rather pathetic wheelies down a quiet dead end street in an industrial area on a public holiday? I only ask as the cops recently came down hard on suicidemotovlogs. I know what I'm doing is sad compared to him lol but I don't want to be taken off the road.

Would taking it down and holding on to the footage for a year or however long be the best bet?

The video in question:

Thanks :)

Hell no!, I enjoyed it and you are in a private car park with no-one around by the look of it. I reckon you will be ok. :)

It depends if one of your local cops can really be arsed to go through all of your videos!

No plate, no bust = simple

However as they say, if you can't do the time, don't do the 'crime' but to be honest, you're mucking about rather than being an idiot -

Most cops do not give a toss unless they're bored, or you're being a dick

Lame, lol. I remember doing little burpos sort-of like that on my old Honda XL100, back in the mid-80s. Loved playing around with it. Without a clutch on my Fly scooter, I don't get no fun no more. And I'm old now, man! Riding's for getting from A to B safely, and then back again, safely. Grrr. Bloody hooligans. Have some respect.

And back to reality....you took me back to my youth, and for that, I will be forever grateful

I'd say HELL NO!! Tis a 'Free world' isnt it? coughcough

In Ozztraaaaalia, the penalty for 'Lifting' a wheel is 1month susp. I dont think theyll put ALLLLL those resources to hunt you down.
Theve done their bit of Publicity/Propoganda on the whole 'Getting funky in front of a camera thing', i hope?
Just dont get lots of 'Veiwers' who may 'Copy' and youll be fine. haha

Vot +1 'Leave it up'
> : )

How can they bust you if you don't post ID or plates or something identifying?
The last vlogger that got busted is RidingWithTom, I don't know yet how they got to it and even if he was doing some illegal moves, cops wasting time and money looking at yt videos is moronic.
How can they prove it was you on the bike, how can they prove the video is not CG'ed or has any special effect?

I think it really depends on the local authorities but I do wheelies for me. I don't do them just for the vlogs. But Im not a kid anymore, i'm definitely not a man either but I'd rather play it safe, protect my assets and just leave the wheelie and 130mph+ runs for me and myself. I would like to put up more content, better videos with more structure and try to get my ideas out there rather than just throw up wheelie vids but when again my wheelie vids had like 20:1 views.

I'd think youd have to be pretty bad to attract that kind of attention. Like the bikes that run from the cops on a regular basis, I know for a fact they look for those guys to post stuff.
