Several days ago, I went and looked at a bike for sell (2003 ZYR 600). It had about 43K miles on it, and looked like it was dropped several times. The looks wasn't a concern to me but it was the SOS (situation of sale) which I was rather iffy about. The guy who was selling it never rode it even though he had it for a month. A friend of his owed him some money so he gave him the bike instead. It wasn't resgistered nor did it even have any license plates. The guy was asking $1400 for it but was willing to part with it for $1200. I might be little shallow for saying this but the neighborhood he lived in wasn't on the greatest side of town and he had several broken (or appeared to be) vehicles in his front yard. I got iffy about this one and I passed. I am curious if anyone else has ever came across a shady seller as I have.
