I misunderstood the meaning of jail there. If you get arrested here for something minor, you can be taken to custody where the Police hold you in a cell at the station. Jail here is an actual prison where you stay when convicted. If you're arrested for something major and don't get bail then you can be held in a prison until your trial.

Yeah, here the jail is usually a city or county facility. Sometimes it's attached to a police station, sometimes not. In some cases the police stations have holding cells (drunk tanks) where they put people who are unruly or too drunk, high, crazy etc to wait through the booking process, but the jail is usually where people await trial or, if convicted of a misdemeanor or low-grade felony where the sentence is less than a year, they serve out their sentence there.

Prison in the states is Prison. It's where you go for serious felonies and to serve sentences a year or longer. Prisons are either State level or Federal.

The Drift Ghost HD makes this so easy. I always uses the video tagging feature, which lets the camera record constantly, but you press a button on the remote to capture the past few minutes and the next few minutes.

The attacker must of had one messed up day, good thing he didn't run into someone with the same temper
