I'm back! After 6 long weeks I'm back, I have freshened up the mighty Deauviile after carrying out a front end rebuild and I thought that instead of a video of me rebuilding the bike, a more interesting topic would be how I powder coated the parts I took off...at home!

The entire setup was custom made by my dad, even the oven lol

I'm by no means the expert so I might revisit the topic and cover stuff like the material costs and whatnot when I have the expert himself. Sorry for my less than informative answer!!

Ok, so I have got some numbers for you @LandyVlad

Oven cost about £500.00 in materials and is a custom design by my dad.

The electrostatic gun was £100.00

Now that's the extreme basics of the equipment as we have compressors, extractors and the shot blasting cabinet (also custom) which cost money. But to say a proper purpose built oven on it's own can cost 5 to 10 grand we haven't done too bad
