Do you think its best not to upload a vlog too close to another one? Like leave it a week between each?

I think it depends on how often you want to put two out close to each other. @chix had a tread about this, think @ChunksLife might have done too. Loose consensus is once a week, but odd extra ones don't harm.

Depends on the video to be honest. I wouldn't post too much as that will most likely lose you subs, no doubt about it - Unless you're amazing ( I haven't looked)

Unless its super great content and really catching, you could quickly lose an audience by bombarding videos. A weekly video I think is enough to keep fresh, do too much and you could run out of things to talk about too. I think of it like your parents calling you and seeing what you have been up to only a day or so apart.

One per week would be alright, gives you some space in between in case you have a super urgent/special/odd one that you need to post up right away (but not that often though).

Ultimately, don't make it chore - Something you WANT to do, not HAVE to do.

I have not figured out a posting schedule yet but on avg have been posting about once every 5 or 6 days :)

I'm with the "Once a Week" people. Too many in rapid succession is overkill. One might make an exception if you happen to catch something really outrageous or exciting on your camera.

I have uploaded daily a few times, but it really doesn't do anything for your viewership. Not that I did it for that reason though, it was a "arc" and I wanted it off my plate so I could return to regular programming. I don't do those anymore though, so now I upload about once a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

Less is more though, if you force out content it hurts the quality of your video.

Try to keep it to once a week for me.
Plus solar bear ones or sometimes a short 10 second one as well.

That way I should be able to bank a few for the winter months.

Sometimes I put off a general one if something topical comes up before then.

Once a week is definitely the sweet spot. For example, I'm subscribed to quite a few channels and I find it very difficult to keep up with the channels that post more than once a week with the limited time available to watch youtube vids. The more I fall behind, the less inclined I am to watch videos with titles that don't immediately interest me, and I might summarily unsub because of "overloading". This is why I unsubbed Jake. I would be happy to watch all his videos, one per week, but when there are 4 or 5 every week, I'd rather spend that time watching someone else.
