PMSL Ducati Vlogger hits cyclist!

Definitely shouldn't use the phone, and hell of a place for a cyclist to be without reason on top of not paying attention. Mr Ducati should also have given him more room. Still, no harm done, two lessons learned. And I'm loving the pragmatic sensible approach of the WPC in her big coat! :)
 
Haha suck shit. I hate push bike riders. Especially the ones riding slow on the phone and not on the correct side of the road.

Oh, s**t!, it IS true what they say! I'm overwhelmed by the amount of politeness on that video!

*both making fools of themselves by being involved in a fist fight in the middle of the street, police gets involved, everyone ends up fighting, badly injured, in a cloud of pepper spray*
I'm glad that police here don't use stun guns.

Well... there wasn't a lot of room there. Honestly, if I have to play the blame game it's on the DUC rider. No matter if someone should or shouldn't be somewhere, on the phone or not, if you overtake at the wrong time you're the one that caused the accident. Nothing would have happened if he stayed behind and waited for a proper time to overtake.
 
Here the traffic law says that the bigger vehicle is always at fault and you'll always have to take care and look for smaller vehicles, so in this case the motorcycle rider is the one to blame, even if the pushbike rider was on the phone.
 
Legally it's the Ducati's fault yes, however there is blame on all sides, cyclist should have commanded his position if he was there, if he wasn't prepared to do that, he should have been to the left, and being on the phone blows pretty much any defence he had. End result worked out fine, nobody hurt, nobody prosecuted, that's it. PC should have got details just in case though, and should have reminded the biker to take a little more care.
 
That's Ducati Dragon. I was cool with him until I found out he's actually an old enemy of mine using a different name.

The cyclists found his number plate info on my Incoherent Rambling 1.
At the time when I first posted the video I asked DD if he wanted the plate removed but he said it was ok to leave it in.
Now he's asking me to remove the video. But the problem is a cyclist contacted me telling me his real name (same name as a guy who trolled me). After I confronted DD about his real name and the fact he was the one who went to great lengths to troll me... He then blocked me.
 
If you try and run the second video that was linked, there's a name there that might help.

Goes to show though, if you don;t want someone to see it...
