I was going to post a vid today but had some problems so thought I would sort it out ...managed to delete the vid and another 190Gb of stuff ..lol on the plus side I have lots more free space oh well shit happens ..

I know this sounds like a silly question, but did you check that it still isn't in your recycle bin / trash can? Or failing that, people always seem to recommend recovery utility, I've never had much luck using them though. That's the problem with the digital world, you're only ever 2 clicks away from destroying years worth of memories!
