Seems this is the latest YT glitch. It lists you as "not in a good standing" under content ID matches and directs you to click the link to see the list of offending videos. You comply, only to see the list is empty. That page tells you that you have no videos with content ID matches. *headscratch*

You don't want to not be in good standing. You can get banned and blocked and lose your adsense and no longer be allowed to upload and all sorts of BS. It would suck to lose partnership over a glitch. A lot of people are having this issue, even people who have never uploaded anything. Any other motovloggers with this issue?

Is YouTube trolling me??

My one says good standing for them all, but I've been 100% super careful not to use copyrighted music etc. I did once get a warning for one of my videos, where some public domain music I used apparently wasn't supposed to be used commercially. But I deleted the video immediately and haven't had any problems since.

Euurrrrrggghhhh double negatives give the heebie jeebies

I have 14 videos with copyright notices. 5 of them are public.

My account is still in good standing.

??? Man, I have none with none. And there are other people with zero uploads on their channel also showing this, as I said. Weird YT glitch is weird.

Nope. I only never monetized that because I couldn't hunt down the original artist to ask their permission to use my remix. The original (let alone the remix) was so obscure that there was never a content ID hit on anything. I was also using a very generic 5 seconds that honestly could have been anything. But, no, never a hit.

Years ago I did have some videos with music that gave me issue. I deleted this ages ago, before beginning the application process for partnership. I literally removed them entirely.

YouTube just got back to me. Problem fixed! Yes, it was a bug. It started popping up about 6 months ago and they're still working on solving it.

Sweeeet! It's good to get stuff like that sorted out, no one wants to get their account in trouble for no reason.

That sure sounds like the YouTube I know, I still get comments/messages that I've read popping up as unread in my inbox. Seems like YouTube and bugs go together like Kawasaki's and blown engines.

that means they don't like you. or u got a strike. after 6 months from the date you were given the warning the strike / " not in good standing " will disappear

my next vid i even made the music for! 3 days i spent on it and utube thinks its not my own work!!! so i have to fill forms in, my only worry being when i set it to be shown i hope people in usa and other places can play it, cuz i know it can ban things..... its all abit in the air thats for sure, im off to go see how many green pips i still have :)

there are times when i'd like to send youtube an email letting them know that they 'are not in good standing', bloody site, wish there was a decent alternative...

I have no idea how this good standing thing works, but as I pointed out before I've uploaded plenty of videos that have had copyright claims on them.

I also got an email the other day saying monetisation was being removed from one of my videos because I didn't prove I had permission to use the music.
And I'm still in good standing.

I've uploaded blues and blue grass music, orginal recordings, that are over 80 years old, and get the 3rd party content match bollocks, sure it might be on a compilation some place, but they don't own it.
