Would there be an appetite to share your favourite non bike YouTube channel that inspires you?

One of my favourites, STANDARD STORY COMPANY dropped a banger today, "What happens when you break the routine"

Really is a work of art. First stumbled across his YT education content, but he flex's his creativity with his own short films from time to time.

I recently binged on a load of Megaprojects really well produced and interesting topics... mostly about weapons of war, but not exclusively. I also enjoy Dr. Becky who talks about space and black holes etc. My frivolous content is RC car stuff and Kevin Talbot has a good variety, he also built himself a real monster truck which he does the monster truck shows in. Another channel, but they don't post much these days is FRANKIEonPC who does gaming vids, but with a bit of roleplaying or story telling.

I'd not say any of them inspire me though, so very far removed from motovlogging... It would be good to have some of Kevin's enthusiasm while on camera... I struggle a bit in winter with S.A.D. so often need to fake it till I make it regarding on camera enthusiasm. I guess Becky's passion for knowledge would be a great skill and Megaprojects professionalism would be handy, and Frankie's story telling is def a skill I wish I had... so I guess I aspire to be like them all a little! :-)

I've watched lots of Megaprojects, I like his stuff. FRANKIEonPC is a good find. I'm a fan of the "essay" format. Great shout. (Thanks for relocating thread - didnt spot that)

I don't necessarily get inspiration from non-motovlog channels, but I do enjoy watching them as a break from motovlogs... so in a roundabout way, they CAN be inspiring.

I have a lot of channels in a lot of niches, but they're mostly informational - only a few are entertainment.

Diesel Creek is fantastic. I have been watching his workshop builds. What a life, but I understand it's all as a result of hard work because of the original Covid lock downs
I think Matt has a business that either uses or leases out more modern construction equipment, I think that's where his love of the old stuff to play with comes from.

I love watching outdoor type stuff like Steve Wallis and Gold Shaw Farm. Steve Wallis does camping and stealth camping with a lot of questionable equipment and meals. Gold Shaw Farm is literally a farm where they raise geese, ducks, chickens, cows and this year pigs. Both are inspiring as they followed their dreams and made a place for themselves outside of corporate hellscapes

Thanks for replying LoneWolfer. Steve 's stuff looks kinda cool, I've noticed his INSULATION LEAN TO CAMPING video apprearing on my recommended lists a couple of times. I sub to a few wild camping type dude. The American Homesteaders can be a good watch. Both these guys are hitting some amazing numbers though!

Must admit, although I fly a drone myself, I love watching other drone channels to see some interesting places.
If they aren't too far, I can jump on my bike and go fly my drone there too
