New Bike

Maybe the older ones are, I tried sitting on I think it was an 08, and I didn't find it comfortable.

ya the newer ones are alot heavier (which is slightly ironic) because of the 2002 being the last to be carborated and the 2003-current is fuel injected. and they seem a bit wider.

Yeah, everything I've heard about R6s suggest that up to 2006 or so they are excellent bikes, but after that they took a leap towards trying to be an out and out track bike and became uncomfortable, twitchy crazy-machines...
